If shareholders can find this stuff out this easy about these fraudulent companies, PGIE had to have known and did research before these agreements were even sent! Either that or PGIE are nothing but crooks themselves...

I really hope PGIE isnt another PTRZ (Petro America), nodummy, ive seen you lurking on that forum too...feel bad for the people that invested in that company...
