hey SJ, this exerpt below is straight out of last year's 10-K, TADF was awarded a 200 million dollar contract, but it is still pending, whether or not it gets tasked or funded is not yey known. They key point here is that TADF is legit and it proves the potential they have to land these huge contracts, otherwise the governement would have never awarded or even considered giving TADF a 200M dollar contract. Tac-air has been doing business with DoD, navy, airforce since 2005, i have posted several of their contracts in the past. Tac-air is a significant comapny with some of the most credible individuals running the show. In fact, General Fogleman, former Air force chief, will be the Chair,am of the board for the post-merger entity. Do a quick google serch on Mr fogleman, and tell us what you find. These guys wouldnt even give TADF the time of day if it were a penny scam. GLTA

In 2008, TADS was awarded a $207 million government contract to provide air combat training and support to the U.S. military. The funding amount of the contract has been stipulated, and the requirements of the contract have been established, but to-date, the contract has not been funded or “tasked”, and TADS can give no assurances that the contract will ever be tasked or funded.
