hey SJ, yeah, Xe (aka Blackwater) had one Super Tucano, which they were testing for a secret project for the Navy (Imminent Fury). We dont know who TADF acquired the super T from, but it was most likey from Xe becasue the plane has the same N-number. In any case, the key point here, is that TAC-AIR/TADF have the ONLY Super Tucano in the U.S. for training purposes. Under their agreement, TADF financed the craft and Tac-Air took possession of the plane and will perform all training & maintenance. In addition, TADF/TAC-AIR will be sharing all profits 50/50 from here on out, until the merger is complete, which then all profits go to the merged entity. This plane is used all over the world, and the US Airforce is seriously considering buying a fleet of 30 - 55 planes to deploy in their LAS mission in afghanistan.

To all new members, do yourselves a favor and skim through some of the info dug up by this board over the last several months, i assure you, you will be blown away. This board alone, holds over 400M shares. GLTA
