Or is it? It's no guarantee they have satisfied the SEC, nor that they will find an MM to file a Form 211. Looks like they think they will. Good for them if they do.

Problem is, being fully reporting is expensive. Until they achieve substantial sales, it will surely mean more dilution.....which is half the reason the stock is so low.
