Hey kaitnick1, this is the exact email. And quite honestly I dont find it to much of a stretch for Tony to entertain the idea. I sent it on July 13th. Haven't received a reply yet...

Hi Tony,

My name is XXXXX XXXXX and I have been long ENTI for some time now. Just to be up front and honest, I am not a CEO, I have never built a company, I've never had to deal with shareholders from your perspective, and I can only imagine what it's like to have 3000+ "bosses" to be responsible to. However, I have been on Wall St. for some time now, as a broker, advisor (yes with fiduciary responsibility), an analyst, and portfolio manager. I have more FINRA licenses than I care to list, an MBA in finance, and am working on a CFA. Over my time in this business, I have heard from almost every type of investor there is and what seems to give people the most confidence is communication. I am well aware of the old PRs and current webcasts, but I define communication as an exchange of thoughts, questions, or ideas.

So my question for you is; Have you ever considered an "earnings call" type of conference call? You can have your IR people there, your lawyers, and anyone else who may be needed to answer questions, but at least you give investors the opportunity to actually SPEAK to the people they have put their faith & hard earned money into because after all YOU are ENTI as far as investors are concerned.

Believe me when I say that people are getting short sighted and even long time investors are beginning to question what is really going on here. I could list the reasons for being both pro ENTI/PTEL and con ENTI/PTEL but I'm sure you have heard them all. All I'm saying is, IF investors are truly important to these companies, try to empathize with the darkness they are in regarding PPS and information for moving forward. I think a conference call may help alleviate a lot of the impending doom many feel.

Just my $0.02, but it might help revitalize your investor base. Thanks for taking a few minutes to read this Tony, I wish you and yours the best, and hope we can all laugh about this while we plan our early retirements. Take care.

Sincerely,
XXXXX XXXXX
