Luckily or unluckily, I was out all day today so I didn't get to sell any of my remaining shares. I am going to hold it this week and see what happens. I considered this one as gamble so I only invested a little.

Unlike the other typical scam stock, TA of GRBG is not gagged. They always report up to date accurate share structure. Usually when scam stocks dilute just to make money and screw shareholders, TA would usually be gagged. If R/M is going to happen soon, I don't think it is unusual that share structure changes/increases when merger is about to happen. I think that might explain graduate increase in share structure. Float is still not big at all. Anyway let's see what happens this week.
