I agree with you DEW, AGN wont acquire FCSC in 275 million, it will acquire it with more than a billion or do the partnership if AGN can not afford to pay that much money to FCSC. EVEN if AGN does not do anything with FCSC , it will flourish, on it,s own or with other major player. As you are so much interested in FCSC,s failure, FWIW, they are going to introduce personalized cream also in 2012.
