Nice follow-up discussion! SMKY will be paying WW a monthly advertising fee of $25,000 for US website marketing and $20,000 for Canada website marketing. We'll have [5] attractive ad placements throughout each of their two country sites every month to feature our SMKY message and introductory offering, in addition to their newsletter highlights, food editor write-ups and potential promotions for sampling through their 60,000 local weekly meetings held every year.

When a visitor at WW's website clicks to view the SMKY ad, the link goes directly to our new website for immediate ordering and at that point, the customer enters our database for future promotional messaging. We pay no commission on WW and other affiliate sales so SMKY retains the full profit margin, which will propel EPS on current revenue capacity to a range of .05 to .08 with just the existing oven.

Given all of our target Internet affiliates like WW, GoRVing, NASCAR, food sites, etc., SMKY's salmon introduction will be marketed to some 15 to 25 million on-line viewers every month in two countries. Our salmon quality is a great branding driver!
