I'm a property owner in Eastern Ohio, we have both Marcellus and Utica shale plays under us. We had meet 3 weeks ago with a Hess Rep about leasing here. There is a problem in the Eastern Pa Marcellus that they own, It has to deal with the Delaware River Valley Authority and the protection of the river. Looks like it might be a hold up for production there.
