Sooner or later all companies learn the sad truth about Cornell. Although (as most R&D start-ups these days) in not the best financial situation, I declined an offer for financig from Cornell for my tech company some years ago. Good bye, Cornell! I see they (Cornell) started to offer financing to some unaware Asian microcap companies. I guess they can't find enough US companies to offer their "friendly" hand to.
