They are all in line with ppm quantities of Lithium, Potassium, and Boron as the other area being mined by Rockwood Holdings/Chemitall.

The acquisition value is aproximately $30,000 depending on ppm values on each.

15,000 x 30,000 = $450,000,000

The company expects to finish its acquisitons with over 31,000 acres.

31,000 x 30,000 = $930,000,000
