OK guys! Obviously the 10k is not what it was bragged out to be! If it was, we wouldn't be looking at this stock plummeting! I personally feel that there was WAY too much emphasis on this anyway! After all, it was numbers from the last quarter that was in question, because before this there were no numbers! The emphasis should be on the Q1 and the Q2! There are obviousely numbers here which any numbers has to be positive...So therefor showing signs of coming on in the right direction...As long as there was nothing fraudelent then I would think UBRG is in good shape or at least better shape than they were before the last quarter of 2010...So Vince and Solomon, over assumptions do happen! Lets get those last quarter earnings out and carry on! There are still loads of potential here! I still see a bright future for UBRG!
