If we assume that Net income on the $50M is $5M (sounds conservative to me) and we have let's say 1B shares outstanding, then the EPS would be .005 which when you trade at 10 times eps which is also conservative then we'd be at .05 using these very conservative estimates. The CEO has stated that he will not over-promise and under-deliver, so the 5,000 eco-poles they plan on producing in the next year is likely the absolute minimum which doesn't reflect some upside opportunity.

All the above also only represents the eco-pole alone. So essentially just that business should have the eps at .05 not including future growth which is bound to happen. Add in the LED business and we could easily get between .10 - .20 in 6 months IMO.
