This DTC thing is quite common with pink sheet stocks. Fidelity and Scottrade will let you trade all day long. Fidelity is about $7.50, and Scottrade is about $10.

I can never understand why people want to try and save a couple of dollars on a half-a88 broker when money serious money is on the line.

FYI, there is no "halt" on anything.
