Asolfoenrique; it's my understanding that the case was continued until june 14 (not sure of exact date) because ptsc and intel were in negotiation talks to settle the lawsuit.
I will be in San Diego on Monday and if I have time I'll check on the case to see if it gives us any clues on what is going on. I believe this is causing the increase in PPS. JMO, GLTA

PS, does anyone have the federal court number on the case handy, if so please message it to me so I won't have to research for it (lazy). Thanks
