It could be ADHD. He's completely undisciplined.

I think if he saw an opportunity to buy into a string of Fruit Stand/Boutiques in Durango, he might chase it.

There is no focus on what it takes to run the business. There never has been.

Somebody needs to have a 'Chicago talk' with him.
