Its amazing what you don't know can lead you to so much conspiracy theories like I did hehehehe...

I was theorizing before between me and Nback that they 'might've' intended to delay to shake those people who wants to make a quick sell of their 10% divvy and after enough time and volume exchanges that's the time they might release the 10Q/K but given the accurate information from pacobus.org strict guidelines. I'm not surprise that the delay is with the auditor but I'm not also pertaining that it 'is' the auditor.

However, the question still remains: "Why is the auditor delaying it? What did he found? Something fraudulent? Something inaccurate?"
