What court hearing are you critiquing? Certainly not the WaMu bankruptcy court in Delaware in which the supposedly "cleanest" of Hedge Funds was caught delving into much "grey area" activities and had the audacity to say that the trading public would not have been interested in learning that JP Morgan was conceding the $4.1 Billion deposit - knowledge that they traded on BUT apparently didn't regard as "insider knowledge"... which is laughable. Furthermore, the evidence will become even more damnable as the other, decidedly more culpable hedge funds are interrogated. IMO
