Yea ,i understand that clearly ,been through many and they all have their place and if timed properly are good for long term.

Just to clarify i didnt mean to infer NO DILUTION ,,just thought for a new company in its infancy that for the first 6 months to promise no dilution showed their strenghth as well as their commitment to shareholders,and if they now are to the point that if to say next 6months no dilution ,as the CC suggests thats VERY GOOD news at this point. That news should not in my opinion get lost to the point of not having an impact on investors..The only way to get to the point of what your speaking of when r/s and dilution might prove beneficial is to get investors in now on solid news. No dilution for next 6months news would be big in my opinion because by that time several positive benchmarks should be happening.
