From my conversation with him. My take is he is just as frustrated as we are that the 10K is not out yet and that the stock is tanking.

I guess my main point is that it is all legit, They are doing the best they can, making mistakes on the way and that it will sort it self out. if you looking to make money tommorow too late you lost if you are in for the long term > 6 mo. All will be OK.
