anyone can 'ruin a technology' that was merely an abandoned and worthless patent application revived 3 years later that fell into the lap of some Texas penny-stock shysters.

The only thing that ruined this stock fraud and scam is it ran out of new suckers.

Patent applications and patent do not signify either technology or real science...the US Patent Office only registers whose idea it belongs to.

That is the mirage of the stock scams...'ohhh Look we have a shiny patent...see how pretty...see how valuable...quick buy some stock...back the truck up, etc, etc.
