rs...t/a...is the transfer agent...you can call them at ANY time and find out what and how many shares their are of PRRM...many companies that are diluting..."gag" the t/a so it is ANYone's guess as to HOW many shares are out there...but since Dan lifted the "gag" that should indicate that the diluting is done....
Now, anyone can call anytime...and recieve the number of o/s!!
