when a private company merges into a public company and they are a nevada company (as both USFM and jim's us green energy inc. are or at least was in the case of jim farooquee's us green energy inc.)... it will say "merge in" under the status of the private company (jims us green energy inc.)... so i would have to say no on us green energy inc. being acquired by USFM at least not technically yet as per nevada sos... best shot scenario is that he hasnt filed that paper work with nevada sos yet... but its hard to tell w/ the farooquee as he isnt the most diligent of paper shufflers and yet ironically USFM is to become a grant writing paper shuffling company... lol
