Really -- that kind of comment shows that they are fully ignorant of the governance 'issue' that involved director resignations.

(I put "issue" in quotes because I at the time I felt the criticism of HB's conduct was blown a bit out of proportion.)

The upshot of that entire episode was that the board now has a bit of that "Harvey Fan Club" look about it.

So when HB says "not for sale," it's not like the BoD is going to do something else.

Just sayin'.
