I agree. I would also like to mention that since 2009, ZERO restricted shares have been issued to anyone by RFMK, except to Mike, the controlling officer; that was only to keep 51% control. Those shares cannot be redeemed for two years. After two years, Mike is only allowed to redeem 1% of those shares per quarter. Mike says he will not redeem any of his officer shares until RFMK is in a much better financial place than it is right now. Believe it or not.
