I am not sure why everyone keeps saying it is "postponed" when in reality it is a continuation...there WAS already a hearing on the 7th and the pacer states that September will be a 10 minute continuation meeting on the same subject matter. So no, it was NOT postponed and as I stated before, the Q may come off to test the waters of how the company will be seen in the publics eyes.
