I think what they offer right now is farmed-raised Atlantic salmon, but they may offer a different product in Canada with the availability of wild-caught Pacific salmon. I believe they were also looking at wild-caught Atlantic salmon from Raw Seafoods on the East Coast, who is the distributor to Whole Foods and some other chains, so there could be some differences by region possibly. Eddie may be able to elaborate a bit more on this, because I am only speculating on some of this.
