well I hope that Kim being the super penny stock CEO (self proclaimed) does not think that by giving shares or money to these penny stock newsletters is a way to sustain a healthy long term share price.

If he is doing deals with these guys, his focus is sorely misplaced. He should be working with companies to get the product on the shelf as he mentioned in the CC he would do by the end of this year.
