If BSX mentions MRI-visible stents to their investors when they announce a deal with BIPH, FORGET LOGIC! I think that detail MAY POSSIBLY be disclosed in June?

Once BIPH closes the LOI with the Germans for copper alloys in stents, BSX may be confident enough they've got that competitive advantage "locked-up" and begin pounding their chest about how they plan on making their next generation stents the market leaders?

I think it's a possibility it will happen then, but it's only a WAG? BIPH announcing the finalization of that agreement with those Germans would be a very good sign IMO.
