DTRO - NEED HELP TO UNDERSTAND THIS !!!

The DTRO last financial Report:
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=47920098
... shows 180k of gross profit per quarter (in 800k of quarter sales). DTRO MarketCap is 680 k !

... if we consider the net profit to be ~80% of Gross Profit and if the results in 2011 are aligned with 1st quarter then the "DTRO 2011 NET PROFIT will be ~600 k"

This means that DTRO Annual NET PROFIT is +/- the MarketCap of DTRO ... so my question is ...
How can a company that is making solid Net Profit of 600k per year be evaluated in just 680 k ???

Looking at historical data in US OTC & even NASDAK/NYSE typically the MarketCap of a company is between 10 (worst case scenario) to 40/50 (best case scenario) times its Net Profit. So DTRO MarketCap should be something between 6 M€ to 30 M€ therefore if we consider the company is not adding more shares then the PPS:
- In the worst case scenario should be 0.008
- In the best case scenario should be 0.04

Today it's trading at 0.0006 to 0.0009 !!!

Can someone explain me this ?

P.S: I'm not a shareholder of this company but I'm looking at it and I may be interested because it seems to good to be true !!!
