Cyclacel Pharmaceutical Inc (CYCC)

Greetings all. This is one stagnant stock when it wants to be. I got 3,000 shares early this year in the 1.51-1.56 range and ended up taking a small loss at 1.48-1.49 on the way up to 1.80.

Now it's back at 1.23 where it slipped to when I was holding.

I am back in at 1.23. What are the near term catalysts? With a pipeline like CYCC's, I don't understand the the way CYCC trades.

It remains to be seen if the offering will push CYCC below 1.20 - but fwiw, my gut is that it will not.
