I guess that's why I missed it then.

Strange that nothing else was mentioned afterwards, seeing as how people love to bring up bad stuff more than the good. People will spend more time and effort complaining more so than praising. Human nature I guess.

Still surprising the lawsuit has not been brought up in the past if it was known.
