from declaration seems that JB never intended to put POR to save cprk. Old bod and MS knew this back in May of 2010 when they hired him. The longer jb delays the process the more money he would make. What a brilliant idea?!! I wonder of theese crooks will get what they really deserve, a small solitary cell in federal prison. All this bs about trying to reorganize debt and fond investors is really creepy. Hope judge will see their real intention.
