This company desperatly needs to instill confidence in the minds of current investors and would be's; one way would be quantative easing. Like the Fed acting upon economic weakness by purchasing US bonds and securities by the US Central Bank, investor moral requires intervention by the leadership at INIX.

Examples would be:

A) talks of a stock repurchase program and the reduction in the A/S. A predetermined percentage of future revenues/ profits allocated to this front.

B) an increase in sell restrictions of company stock holdings.

Until the company can, at the very least, demonstrate the interest to follow through on the objectives listed above, the current PPS has little to no chance of moving north in the foreseeable future. No confidence, no buying.
