it's not a matter of SUTI just using BOOST as IR, they're using them to line their pockets.. BOOST (BA) exchanges cash for shares typically at a reduced cost of over 50%+-, BOOST can dump shares all day long at basically any price and still make a good return, the lower the sp the more shares they get.. it's often known as a death spiral..

SUTI's mgmt could care less how much their stock is diluted because insiders hold few to no shares.. they'll just max out the new A/S of 5b do an R/S and suck some more folks in all over again..

it's a great formula for handlers of these companies to make a killing with never a need to sell a single product..
