montanamark-- Have held HYF for years. Currently paying around 14%. It would be unusual for HYF not to raise the div if the SP & NAV continue to rise. They are not reluctant to adjust the div at the end of any month. The current payout is $0.05 per month per share. I've always had the divs buy additional shares. Talk about the power of compounding and dollar cost average!!!
Thankfully, S/L took out HD with only a .02 profit. Not a bad day today overall,,,,,,,
