I took advantage of the invitation in their PR & sent them an e-mail titled "Investors #1 question".
That question being: "What, if anything do they intend to do about their dis-proportionate top-heavy Share Structure."
I made it plainly clear , that one singular factor is what's causing this stock to continue bleeding uncontrolably & that , until that's rectified , the downward trend will (most assuredly)continue.
I also stressed that addressing this issue by-way-of a 'Share Buy-back' & a corresponding reduction in the (enormous) A/S , is the only vehicle that will salvage their integrity among VRAL investors. I pointed-out that , among their 'start-up' competitors (the 'credible' ones anyway) , the prevailing share structure is between 40M & 400M (tops)...far less than their huge 750M O/S & the (kiss-of-death) 1.5 Billion A/S. Except for a few BigPharma's & some scam stocks , nobody else has a SS so huge. A pitty , this company has 'real potential' IMO...I suspect the SS problem may be the result of some bad financial advice they've been getting. Other than that , most of the big names associated w/ this company are highly regarded & beyond reproach.

It will be interesting to see if they even touch that one. If others here have those same concerns , maybe you might want to do a little e-mailing yourselves. The more , the merrier.
