It's not so much that we care for the value of the old dividends, but more about EMXC doing something that they say they were going to do and finally following through with.

When the old promises are finally kept and the new promises are followed through on, then EMXC will do very well.

IMO! That is what is holding this back! Get them done as promised Roxanna and will see by the end of the month.
