One has to have a long horizon when investing in miners and they will need some kind of financing to even commence the drilling. It all depends what kind of funding it will be, if its dilutive or a PP or a Drawdown equity financing this will go down hard & fast. If they merge or recieve funding a from a stronger peer then it will go up fast & furious...

This is just my preliminary assessment and I have to do more digging on this one... but its open for debate...
