kimble- you REALLY don't have the slightest idea what you are talking about.

I have a personal relationship with Mike and have known him for 4 1/2 years. I know that he is out of town on personal ( family) business, I know the nature of the business and where he is.

I have received emails re this personal information this week.

I have his personal cell phone number, and he has mine.

And HE HAS NEVER REVEALED TO ME ANY INFORMATION THAT WASN'T AVAILABLE TO ANY STOCKHOLDER.

Perhaps the people here making these claims aren't sophisticated enough or educated enough to ask the RIGHT questions that he COULD answer.

He can only give answers to questions asked - not divulge information to every Tom, Dick and Harry who can manage to pick up a phone and call him...... perhaps expecting more than he is able to give professionally or legally.
