SMF - in beginning my search for info, I came across the series of posts by Woodberry (and one from Kimble)

It seems his conclusion, as is mine, is that there was no misleading ( obfuscation - I love that word !---:o) ) on MN part. No mention of specific consultants, only the generic .

MN is constrined by regulatory rules and by what he is "allowed" to say by his boss.

Here is thread, and unless I missed something, I have no problem with what was said by MN and subsequently posted by Woodberry.

I just heard from Mike Nessen of Imaging3, and he says "our consultants and legal teams are doing just fine." The rumor mill on this board is just that: a rumor mill!!

I choose to believe Mike over anyone posting on this board. IMO.

Not misleading. I was told the attorney/consultant situation is fine. There was never any mention of MWE. I take that to mean our attorney/consultant situation is fine.

Update: after checking my email correspondence with Mike Nessen since the first of the year, I see no specific mention of MWE as our law firm. If I mentioned MWE, then it was an assumption on my part and no fault belongs to Mike Nessen.

Again, if Mike says our consultants / attorneys are doing fine, I trust we are in good hands with whomever is handling it
