there's demand guys! asks have sat pat while bids have had to move up. was almost 3:2 buy-sell ratio for long time. only 1:1 now b/c of a huge block sell. i think things look great, IMO. Having gone through several of these cycles, this one feels so different. no panicking out there it seems.

also, as far as dilution - MCET was way out in the desert for last 1-2 yrs. it existed in the micropenny range . i mean come on! 4/100's of a penny??!!? even if you a whiff of positive news and this is goes 10x, 20x you are not approaching a realistic market cap.
