Now who's being silly?

You just said:

"financing will not be the issue"

Isn't the point of having a public company is so that you don't have to go to the banks and get loans?

Or more importantly you go public when the banks consider what you are doing as too risky to give you a loan...LOL

You sell shares to the public sharing the risks that banks won't take and then finance your operation. Picken if the could actually get loans from a bank why would the spend the money on going public with the VGREF IPO, they have spent over a million dollars just doing that.

If borrowing money wasn't an issue then why do the VGREF IPO at all. Why not just keep it all under VSPC borrow some money and plant huge fields of GKG and sell into the Pellet or feed markets.

How many shares do they have left picken, and do they have a liquid market for them?

Let me ask you this pickin?

What better record of credit or credit rating or how you use the money you are lent could a bank ask for in elvaluating wether or not give Dr.K a loan then the company filings and PR's.

Now if you were working at a bank in charge of deciding who to loan money out to would you be reading Dr.K's company filing and PR's prior to lending him money... what do you think a bank would see in those filings.... do you think they would see some red flags.. you really think they would lend VSPC money?

Picken.... do you even know if VSPC or VGREF even have a credit rating? ...... if they never even borrowed money from a bank would they even have a credit history muchless a credit worthiness rating?

Have you not been reading the news... if borrowing money was not an issue then why does VSPC need to do a joint venture in every aspect of what they have done, DMFCC, Ionfinity, SHINE, Lithium batteries, etc, etc.
