How does Carl land a contract if he can't show that he can rapidly capitalize to expand?

You are putting the Chicken before the egg.

What is he going to do Josh? Put out a PR that says "hey we have a contract waiting for us, but only if you start buying VGREF shares now at $5.00 a share"....LOL

Do you actually think about what you say or do you just say things to help Carl and Chang sell their shares? That is a legitimate question.
