My thinking is that it is possible Thinkpath may just pay out the cd's/oid's after the R/S. They would only have to issue and sell a few million shares to get the financiers squared away. The warrants are a different matter....I suspect that they may have to be repriced.

Having said that....we still have the issue of dilution. (thus, possible downward pressure on the PPS after the R/S)
