If ,(and that is still a big if since smev has said nothing about r/m)it would be to bring the sp up and reduce the a/s!! Normally companies do rs because the ran out shares to sell, not the case with smev!!

Smev is building a huge company and taking all of us shareholder along with them, not your average penny stock by any means!! IMO, gltu
