DEF 14C = PPS. $.30-.50 possibly more.

Funding doesn't allow them to file "one document" that's a very weak explanation, I would have believed him if he said they are complying SEC/FINRA requirement and if those require funding (which I could believe).

I have my Nevada Complaint form printed and ready to fax, I waited today to see what DR. Bob's response was going to be. And my take is they are purposely delaying filing the "DEF 14C" and it's not the funding because they will dilute shareholders to pay for themselves, but they wont dilute an extra 2 shares to file and comply with the new share structure, it makes no sense.
