Yes. I kind of read parts of the rules, as such. It just requires a "letter of permission" so to speak, which sounds sort of preferential, and probably granted to "special" people. The rest of the common world has to suck wind, for a whole year. So, I gave up with trying, for the moment.
I find it kind of ironic, that anybody is able to pass along a bum medicinal product, to innocent people in Mexico. But if that's the way the Mexican laws are written, accepting such stuff, and allowing it to be sold down there, well so be it. I guess it's sort of like buying fireworks nowadays in the US. You can only buy "fizzly" things. If you would like something older, like say M-80s(I think they were equivalent to 1/8th of a stick of dynamite), you'd have to take a trip to Mexico to buy them, where they're "O.K."..........
Scary when you mention that the company is currently in a shambles. That's probably when most CEOs begin to develop some sort of "escape plan", for themselves and family(NFT)........
