So id this the news we were waiting on? Looks pretty good from my end but I would have liked to see some news about Cornell getting the shaft. Maybe Tom is saving that for the next PR.

Please explain what this all means? Looks like they got their capital back and now have cash to get the business moving. IMHO, a month and we will see this back to where she belongs.
