Might want to also add from TSC "First Day Motion and Orders" under "Declaration" pg.8:

"The TSC series A Preferred and TSC series B Preferred had a mandatory redemption date of April 15, 2010 at a redemption price of $1080 per share, or approximately $450,578,385 (as of December 31, 2010).
